The correct answer is:
C

Relative velocity between either car ( 1 st or 2 nd ) and 3 rd car = u + 30

where u = velocity of 3 rd car

Relative Displacement = 5 km

Time interval = 4 min.

∴ u + 30 = km/min

= km/h= 75 ⇒ u = 45 km/h
